1. Sri Mohd Shabbir, learned counsel for the revisionist.

2. This revision application has been file by the revisionist

being aggrieved of order dated 15.2.2021 passed by learned

Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Basti

passed in Criminal Appeal No. 04 of 2021; whereby request on

behalf of applicant to release him on bail in connection with

Case No. 144 of 2019 originating from Case Crime No. 213 of

2019 under section 376 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, police station

- Kalwari, District - Basti has been rejected. Applicant is also

aggrieved of order dated 2.1.2021 passed by Juvenile Justice

Board, Basti whereby request on behalf of revisionist to release

him on bail has been rejected.

3. Sri Mohd. Shabbir submits that age of the revisionist is 13-

years. Gravity of offence is not to be seen. He submits that

applicant / revisionist lost his father and his family has

complete control over him and there are no chances
