Heard Sri Imtiyaj Ali, learned counsel for the applicants and the

learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the

impugned order dated 5th April, 2022 passed by the Civil Judge

(Junior Division)/F.T.C./Offence against Women, Court No.15,

District-Gyanpur Bhadohi, whereby the application filed by the

applicants for discharge has been rejected. Applications have also

prayed for quashing of the entire proceedings of Case Mp/ 3405 of

2019 (State Vs. Mohd. Rafeeq & Others), arising out of Case

Crime No. 131 of 2019, under Sections-147, 323, 504, 506, 498A

I.P.C. and also under Sections 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Aurai,

Distrcit-Bhadohi, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior

Division)/F.T.C./Offence against Women, Court No.15, District-

Gyanpur Bhadohi.
