Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing

Counsel for the State respondents.

By means of this petition, petitioner has prayed for rechecking

of the answer copy of the petitioner in the subject of 'General

Hindi' and 'English' of Class-XII Examination, 2021.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner had already

applied for the answer copies under the Right to Information

Act, 2005 and she was directed to peruse those answer copies

by the order/letter issued by the Information Officer dated

04.01.2022.

In view of the above, petitioner states that petitioner has already

perused the answer copies on the date fixed by the Information

Officer. However, she is not satisfied and, therefore, she wants

reevaluation.

In the considered view of the Court, since there is no provision

for re-evaluation or challenged evaluation under the Rules

framed by the U.P. Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj. No
