2. This second appeal has been preferred by the plaintiffs/appellants

against the judgement and decree dated 31.03.2021 passed by

Additional District Judge, Court No. 6, Bulandshahr in Civil Appeal

No. 22 of 2019 (Sanjeev Kumar Maheshwari and another Vs. Tej

Swaroop and others) and judgement and decree dated 22.01.2019

passed by IIIrd Additional Civil Judge, (Senior Division),

Bulandshahr in Original Suit No. 362 of 2012 (Neena Maheshwari

and another Vs. Tej Swaroop and others) dismissing the suit of the

plaintiffs/appellants.
