1. Heard Sri Atul Kumar, learned counsel for applicant and

learned A.G.A. for State.

2. Applicant-Pradeep, has approached this Court by way of

filing the present Criminal Misc. Bail Application under Section

439 Cr.P.C. after rejection of his Bail Application vide order

dated 19.02.2020, passed by Sessions Judge, Muzaffar Nagar,

in Case Crime No.625 of 2019, Session Trial No. 29 of 2020,

under Sections 498A, 304B, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry

Prohibition Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Muzaffar

Nagar.

3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is

related as husband of deceased and this was the second

marriage between parties and both have children from their first

marriage. Learned counsel further submits that all the witnesses

of fact, i.e., PW-1, Informant; PW-2, maternal uncle; and, PW-

3, real brother of deceased, have not supported the case o
