Krishna Kumar @ Lokesh, in Case Crime No. 1001 of 2018,

under Sections 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition

Act, Police Station Modi Nagar, District Ghaziabad.

Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-

applicant is innocent; he has been falsely implicated in this very

case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.10.2018;

he is of no criminal antecedent and there is no likelihood of

fleeing from course of justice or tempering with evidence in

case of release on bail; it was a love marriage in between the

applicant and the deceased, which was not amenable to her

parents but it was got registered, owing to this animosity this

implication was made whereas it was being said that informant

was at the home of the applicant till 11:00 am on the date of

occurrence i.e. 15.10.2018 and occurrence was said to be of
