The petitioner herein seeks to issue direction to the respondent

nos. 2 to 5 namely, the administrative authorities of District

Prayagraj, to remove the illegal encroachment made by the

respondent nos. 6 to 7 over the public passage in-front of the

door of the house of the petitioner. The area is village Baramau.

Referring to a report dated 05.02.2022, it is stated that in the

spot inspection report submitted by the Revenue Inspector it

was found that the respondent nos. 6 to 9 had blocked the

public pathway by raising the constructions of charahi. It is

stated that the said illegal constructions are to be removed by

the respondents in order to restore the public land. The Gaon

Sabha, which is the owner of the public pathway/public land in

the village, has not been impleaded herein and as such their
