2. This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging

order dated 9.2.2021, passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Rampur, in Case

No. 2340 of 1998 (State Vs. Babar Khan and Others) under sections 147,

148, 149, 336, 427, 435, 332 IPC, 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and

Section 3/4, Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Police

Station- Civil Lines, District-Rampur arising out of Case Crime No.

511/1996 under sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 435, 332 IPC, 7 Criminal

Law Amendment Act and Sections 3/4, Prevention of Damage to Public

Property Act, 1984, Police Station- Civil Lines, District Rampur.

3. Record shows that in respect of an incident which is alleged to have

occurred on 4.7.1996, a prompt F.I.R. dated 4.7.1996 was lodged by first

informant/opposite party-2 Navrang Singh , In-charge Inspector, Polic
