Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. and perused the

record.

This revisionist, through the present revision under section 397/401

Cr.P.C. has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash

the impugned judgement and order dated 04.04.2022 in Sessions Trial No.

234 of 2020 (State of U.P. Vs. Sandeep Kumar @ Sonu, (CNR-UPHT-

010020592020) under sections 323, 504, 506, 325, 308 IPC, P.S. Hasayan,

District Hathras pertaining to case crime no. 163 of 2020 passed by

learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Room No. 3, Hathras.

Learned A.G.A. for the State has placed the reliance in the case of

Madhya Pradesh Vs. Kunwar Singh in which it is stated that, "Having

heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

appellant and the respondent, we are of the view that the High Court has

transgressed the limits of its jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C by
