This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:

"(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the first information report

dated 08-01-2021 in Case Crime No.003 of 2021 under section 498A, 323, 506, 313 IPC and 3/4

Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Ahar District Bulandshahr. (Annexure No. 1) to this writ

petition.

(II). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent no.2

not to arrest of Petitioners in pursuance of first information report dated 08-01-2021 in Case

Crime No. 003 of 2021 under section 498A, 323, 506, 313 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act,

Police Station- Ahar District Bulandshahr."
