learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 and 2.

This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated

25.01.2021, whereby the revision filed against the mutation

order dated 19.12.2018 has been dismissed.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that

respondent no.2 in an application for correction of record had

passed the order for mutation exercising his power under

Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code. He further contended that

the petitioner had already filed a civil suit bearing Suit No.528

of 2017 claiming relief of permanent injunction which is

pending consideration before the Court of Civil Judge (Senior

Division), Varanasi, wherein the interim injunction application

was decided on 25.11.2017 and an order of status quo was

passed. He further submits that an application under Section 42-
