This Criminal Appeal under Section 14-A (2) of S.C./S.T. Act

as Amended, has been preferred by the appellant with the

prayer to set aside the order dated 31.03.2021, passed by

Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), Aligarh in Case Crime No. 764 of

2020, under Sections - 302, 201, 394, 411, 120-B I.P.C. and

Section - 3 (2) (V) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station - Banna Devi,

District - Aligarh.

Contention, in brief, is that in this case, so far as the chronology

of the case is concerned, it so happened that a missing report of

deceased-Manish was lodged on 03.12.2020 at Police Station -

Banna Devi. Later on, it so happened that some dead body was

recovered from canal on 07.12.2020, which was identified as
