Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This revision is against the order dated 6.5.2022 by which

Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharanpur in Maintenance

Case No.343 of 2020 (Smt. Shimla & others vs. Smt. Sunita

Devi) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., PS- Kotwali Dehat,

Saharanpur.

Vide order dated 6.5.2022, the court concerned allowed the

interim maintenance to the opposite party nos.3 and 4.

Learned AGA for the State pointed out that the present criminal

revision is not maintenable as the order challenged is

interlocutory to which learned counsel for the applicant prayed

to withdraw the present case.

Accordingly, the present criminal revision is dismissed as

withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before appropriate Court.
