revisionist, Shri Suresh Bahadur Singh, learned

A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant criminal revision has been 昀椀led against

the order dated 16.4.2022 passed by the

Additional Session Judge, Court No. 10, Mathura in

Criminal Appeal No. 01 of 2020 (Hukum Singh vs.

Priyanka Singh and another) under Section 29 of

the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence

Act, 2005 and also against the order dated

18.11.2019 passed by the learned Judicial

Magistrate, Mathura under section 23 of the

Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,

2005 in which intrim maintainable has been

granted to the opposite party no. 2 and 3 Rs.

3000/- and Rs. 2000/- per months respectively.

Learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that

revisionist is the husband of opposite party No. 2

and opposite party No. 3 is her minor daughter

and an application is moved
