This writ petition has been filed praying for the following

reliefs:

"A) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of writ of certiorari for

quashing impugned first information report dated 11.04.2021 lodged by

respondent no.3 in case crime No. 412 of 2021 under section 420, 406 376

506, 427 I.P.C. and 67A of Information Technology (Amendment) Act,

2008, Police Station Sihanigate, District Ghaziabad.

B) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the

respondent concerned not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of

impugned first information report dated 11.04.2021 in case crime No. 412

of 2021 under section 420, 406 376 506, 427 I.P.C. and 67A of

Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station

Sihanigate, District Ghaziabad.
