The present anticipatory bail application under Section 438

Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail as the

accused-applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with

Case Crime No.1132 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 452,

427, 323, 504, 506, 307, 326, 336, 397 IPC Police Station-

Chakeri, District- Kanpur Nagar.

It is contended on behalf of the applicant that he is innocent and

has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further

submitted that initially NCR No. 196/21 was lodged by the

complainant side under Section 32
