Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Om for the petitioners and

have perused the record.

The instant petition seeks quashing of the order

dated 29.01.2021 passed by the Central Administrative

Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad (for short the Tribunal) in

Original Application No. 330/00032/2017 (for short O.A.) by

which the O.A. filed by the first respondent (Vimal Kumar)

against disengagement order dated 29.06.2016 has been

allowed and the order dated 29.06.2016 has been quashed by

leaving it open to the petitioners (the respondents in the O.A.)

to pass a fresh order in accordance with law after giving

opportunity of hearing to the applicant.

A perusal of the record would reveal that on

24.10.2013, the first respondent was issued letter of

appointment by the Superintendent of Post Offices, Kanpur (M)

Division, Kanpur, which reads as under:-
