For the reasons stated in the application, filing of the certified copy of

the order dated July 19, 2021 passed by the learned Single Judge is

exempted.

The application is disposed of.

SPECIAL APPEAL DEFECTIVE No. - 652 of 2021.

The order dated July 19, 2021 passed by the learned Single Judge has

been challenged by filing the present Special Appeal. Before the

learned Single Judge, the appellant had challenged the order dated

February 2, 2021 passed by the Director (Administration), Medical &

Health Services, U.P. at Lucknow. Vide aforesaid order, the claim of

the petitioner for promotion to Class III post from Class IV was

declined.

The order suggests that to be eligible for consideration for promotion

to Class III post, the appellant had to pass written examination, appear

in interview and pass typing
