1.Heard Sri Mithilesh Kumar Tiwari, the learned counsel for the

applicants, Sri D.K. Srivatava, the learned A.G.A. for the State,

Shri Bhuvnesh Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the

informant and perused the record.

2.The present bail application has been filed by the applicants

with the prayer to enlarge them on bail in Case Crime No. 120

of 2022, under Sections 395, 397/34, 412 I.P.C., P.S. Afzalgarh,

District Bijnor.

3.The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an

F.I.R. lodged by one Yogendra Kumar against six named

accused persons, including the applicants, alleging that the

informant's brother Bhupendra Kumar who is a chairman of the

Co-operative Society, Shergarh, was going at 09:30 p.m from

his home to Dhampur and on the way the co-accused Naeem

stopped his car, in front of the car of the informant’s brother. All
