The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate

contempt proceeding against the opposite party i.e. Shruti

Verma, Civil Judge (S.D.)-Fast Track Court, District Kanpur

Nagar for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated

30.07.2019 passed in Matter Under Article 227 No.3772 of

2019 (Krishna Dutt and another Vs. Yogendra Singh and 3

others).

By the aforesaid order a direction was given to the Civil Judge

(S.D.), Ist Kanpur Nagar to expedite the hearing of the

aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law,

expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year.

From perusal of the record it appears that nothing has been

stated in the entire petition that how and in what manner

contempt has been committed by the opposite party.

In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that petition

should be dismissed imposing exemplary costs.
