3. Present intra court appeal has been filed against the order of

the learned single Judge dated 6.8.2021 in Writ - A No. 8630 of

2021 (Rohit Rathaur vs. Union of India & Ors.). By that order,

learned single Judge has dismissed the writ petition and

affirmed the order dated 15.04.2021 whereby the petitioner's

application for grant of compassionate appointment was

rejected.

4. Indisputably, the petitioner's father died in harness, on

20.02.2001. At the relevant time, the petitioner's mother applied
