This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding

and directing the respondent no-3 to consider the grievance of the

petitioner and enquire the forge Marksheet of the respondent no. 4 and 5.

II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding

and directing the respondent no-3 to decide the representation of the

petitioner dated 10.5.2022 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble

Court."

An objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the

respondents regarding the locus standi of the petitioner.

Considering the nature relief sought in the writ petition, this

Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter in exercise of

jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

It is open for the petitioner to pursue his representation that has

been filed before the Authorities concerned.

This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
