This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing

entire proceeding in Criminal Complaint Case No. 1715 of 2017

(Vijay Prakash Sharma Vs. Pammi Kashyap) under Section 138 N.I.

Act, P.S.- Kotwali, District- Barielly pending in the court of Judicial

Magistrate N.I. Act, Bareilly with a further prayer to stay the aforesaid

proceedings.
