There are two connected bail applications and with the consent of both the

applications captioned above by a common judgement.

2017 E 0017/CBI/EO-1, New Delhi, under Section 120B read with

Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)

(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and substantive offences
