Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the

State and perused the material placed on record.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that he

has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next

submitted that FIR has been lodged with the allegation that in

whatsapp group in which daughter of informant was also added,

porn vedio made viral by the applicant. It is further submitted

that during investigation, it was found that alleged porn vedio

was found deleted. Applicant is having no criminal history. He

is languishing in jail since 3.10.2020 and in case he is released

on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate

in trial.

Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but could not

dispute the aforesaid facts.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also

perusing the material on record, without expressing any opinion
