and 72 Excise Act and 63 Copyright Act and 104 Trade Mark

Act, Police Station-Jeanpur, District-Azamgarh.

Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-

applicant is innocent; he has been falsely implicated in this very

case crime number and is languishing in jail since 04.08.2021;

he is of no criminal antecedent and there is no likelihood of

fleeing from course of justice or tempering with evidence in

case of release on bail. Main accused Dhirendra Singh in Crl.

Misc. Bail Application no. 41634 of 2021 and Dheeru @

Dhirendra in Crl. Misc. Bail Application no. 43643 of 2021

have been granted bail by the co-ordinate Benches of this

Court; the alleged recovery against the applicant is a planted
