This anticipatory bail application has been moved seeking bail

in

No.181/2022,

under

Sections

323/308/452/504/506 IPC, P.S. Maudaha, District Hamirpur

with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be

released on bail.

It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that

applicant is innocent and he has an apprehension that he may be

arrested in the above-mentioned case, whereas there is no

credible evidence against him. According to prosecution

version, on 27.05.2022 at 10.00 PM, the applicant and his

companions have assaulted the injured and that applicant has

given a iron rod blow at the head of injured Mithilesh Dutt and

resultantly, he sustained injuries. Learned counsel submitted
