1. None for the applicant though VC link has been successfully

sent to Sri Shyam Surat Shukla, learned counsel for the

applicant.

2. Perusal of the previous order sheet reveal that this matter was

listed on 10.12.2020 when counsel for the applicant had prayed

for and was granted two weeks time to file supplementary

affidavit. Again case was adjourned as supplementary affidavit

could not be traced by the Registry. On 27.1.2021 time was

granted to learned AGA to seek instructions in the matter

regarding age of the victim as mentioned in the High School

certificate. Thereafter, on 22.2.2021 case was adjourned to

remove certain defects pointed out by Stamp Reporter. On

27.3.2021 case was adjourned as counsel for the applicant

prayed for time to file rejoinder affidavit. On 15.6.2021 again

time was sought to file rejoinder affidavit. As per office report,

no rejoinder affidavit has been filed till
