Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A for the

State of U.P. and perused the record.

The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the

applicants in FIR/Case Crime No. 142 of 2021, under Sections-

366, 368, 120-B I.P.C. and 3, 5/1 of the U.P. Prohibition of

Unlawful Conversion of Religion Ordinance, 2020, Police

Station-Deoria Kalan, District- Pilibhit with a prayer to enlarge

him on bail.

The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the

applicant is innocent person and has been falsely implicated in

the case and in jail since 24.07.2021. It is submitted that in the

F.I.R. the allegations have been levelled against the applicants

as also other co-accused. After being recovered, the victim in

her statement made by her under Section 161 Cr.P.C. has

specifically stated that she on her own volition went with co-
