Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and

perused the record.

The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case

Crime No. 309 of 2021, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 272/34 I.P.C. and

Section 60A/63 of U.P. Excise Act at Police Station Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi

with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.

Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the story of the

prosecution itself, the applicant and two others namely Kripa Shankar and

Dharmendra Yadav are employee of one Kuldeep Sharma. He has also stated

that it is evident from the first information report that Kuldeep Sharma is

involved in the business of illicit liquor. As per the allegation made against the

applicant and two others, they were only helping the illegal business which was

carried out by Kuldeep Sharma and Gurmail Singh. He has further stated that the
