The present petition is sought to be filed in public interest by one Mahendra

seeking quashing of communication dated October 12, 2020 vide which

relaxation was granted by the respondent No.2 for establishing the retail outlet

and the order dated November 5, 2020 vide which interim No Objection

Certificate was issued in favour of respondent No.9 for establishing the retail

outlet.

It was pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondents that petitioner

himself is running a petrol pump in the name of M/s Guru Kripa Filling Station,

which is at a distance of about 270 meters from the place where the new retail

outlet is to be established. Moreover, a recommendation dated August 13, 2021
