A.G.A. for the State and perused the material

available on record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

has been filed by applicant for quashing the

charge sheet dated 06.12.2019 and cognizance

order dated 10.02.2020 as well as entire

proceeding of Criminal Case No. 641 of 2020

(State vs. Geeta Devi and others) arising out of

Case Crime No. 168 of 2019, under Sections 406,

420 I.P.C., Police Station Pipari, District

Sonbhadra.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the

applicant is innocent and has been falsely

implicated in the present case. He has committed

no offence. He further submitted that learned

lower court has passed the cognizance /

summoning order without application of mind

which is not sustainable in eye of law. It is, inter

alia, submitted that the cognizance order passed

by the court below is in prin
