Heard Sri Arvind Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as

well as learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in

Case Crime No. 127 of 2020, under Section 306 I.P.C., Police

Station- Chopan, District- Sonbhadra is seeking enlargement on

bail during the trial. The applicant is in jail since 28.5.2020.

Contention raised by learned counsel for the applicant is that

the applicant happens to be husband of the deceased. The

marriage of the applicant with the deceased was solemnized

way back in the month of May, 2010 and the incident of

committing suicide took place on 24.5.2020. It is stated that the

deceased died on account of burn. There is no dying

declaration. It is submitted that the informant who happens to

be father of the deceased states that the deceased was a graduate

girl, whereas, the present applicant is an illiterate man with all

the bad habits and h
