Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner was working as a peon with fifth respondent -

Manager/Principal Vishwanath Tiwari Uchchtar Madhyamik

Vidyalay, Neerupur District Ballia.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks

following relevant prayer:

"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing

the respondents to pay the arrears of salary from July, 2010 to July 2012,

remaining arrears of Salary of 6th Pay Scale of Rs.42396 and remaining

arrears of 7th Pay Scale of Rs.46716 with interes."

Learned counsel appearing for respondent submits that the

fourth respondent shall consider and decide the claim of the

petitioner.

In view thereof, without entering into the merit of the case, the

writ petition is being finally disposed of directing that the fourth

respondent shall consider and decide the representation of the

petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with
