applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.

3. Instant bail application has been filed by applicant-Nadeem

seeking his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 379 of 2019

under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 5/6 POCSO

Act, Police Station- Chaura-Cahuri, District- Gorakhpur, during

pendency of Sessions Trial No. 801 of 2021 (State Vs. Nadeem)

arising out of aforesaid case crime number now pending in the

Court of Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act),

Gorakhpur.

4. Record shows that in respect of an incident, which is alleged

to have occurred on 20.10.2019, a delayed F.I.R. dated

22.10.2019 was lodged by first informant Nasibunisha (mother

of prosecutrix) and was registered as Case Crime No. 379 of

2019 under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station- Chaura-
