This is a habeas corpus petition filed by Nani (grandmother) of

corpus, a girl aged about 14 years alleging that after the death

of her mother, she way staying with her and studying in a good

school being a good student. However, respondent No.2 i.e.

father of corpus taken back her to his house.

Opposite party No.2 after death of mother of child, married

again but his second wife also died and thereafter he married

third time and now the petitioner No.2 has received information

in the form of whatsapp message that girl is not being taken

care properly by her step mother and father and she wants to

come back to her grandmother and in these circumstances, the

present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the record.

The minor daughter is with his father. Only on the basis of bald

allegations, the Court cannot held that she is in illegal custody.
