Present writ petition is preferred seeking following principal

reliefs:-

"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus

commanding/directing the respondents (especially, the respondent no.3) to

extend the benefits of recommendation of 6th Central Pay Commission to

the petitioners in view of the acceptance made by the State Government to

the teachers of Basic Shiksha Parishad through Government orders dated

24.2.2009 & 7.9.2009 by making the revision of petitioners' salary till the

date of their retirement and also by making the revision of their pension

after their retirement and accordingly, make the actual disbursement of the

arrears of difference of their salary/pension alongwith admissible

compound interest.
