The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate

contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful

disobedience of the order dated 19.02.2021 passed in Writ C

No. 1889 of 2021 (Prakash Kumar Gautam And 3 Others Vs.

State of U.P. and 3 Others), which for ready reference is quoted

as under:-

"Heard Mr. Suneel Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for petitioners and

learned Standing counsel for the State respondent.

Petitioners in the present case has merely prayed for the following

reliefs:-

"a. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of madamus directing the

respondent no. 4 to consider and decide the application/respresentation of

the petitioners dated 14.02.2019 with regard to the issuance of the Kisan

Bahi (Original) to the petitioners of the Khata No. 323 of Village Aura,

Tehsil Madiyahoon, District Jaunpur and Khata Nos. 55, 73 and 86 of

Village Bhagwanpur, Tehsil Madiyahoon, District
