Heard Mr. Ishwar Chandra Tyagi, learned counsel for the applicant

and learned AGA for the State and also perused the material

placed on record.

By means of the present application, the applicant- Dilshad,

seeks bail in Case Crime No. 237 of 2021, under Sections 307,

504 I.P.C. at Police Station- Gujraula, District- Amroha/J.P.

Nagar, during the pendency of trial.

As per allegation made in the F.I.R., the applicant and co-

accused are said to have been arrested in the police party firing

case in which the police is said to have sustained injury.

The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the

applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to

ulterior motive. It is further submitted that from the possession

of the applicant 315 bore country made pistol, one Samsung

mobile and Rs. 1900/- case were recovered from the possession

of the applicant which belongs to the applicant itself, hence,

recovery memo is false and fabr
