In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not to

be issued to the respondent no.5.

The present writ petition has been preferred interalia with

following reliefs:-

(i) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus

commanding the Deputy Director of Education, Azamgarh

Region, Azamgarh/respondent no.3 to consider petitioner's

claim for pension and other retiral benefits taking into account

petitioner's continuous service in the College from 9.7.1993 to

31.3.2020 and to sanction pension and other admissible benefits

within the time to be specified by this Court.

(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus

commanding the District Inspector of Schools, Azamga
