assistance of the learned counsels.

The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the reliefs:

i) issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated

08.07.2022 passed by respondent No. 3, Police Commissioner/Special

Court, Criminal Property Acquisition, Gautam Budh Nagar, Ghaziabad

and the notices dated 19.07.2022 and 24.08.2022 issued by the respondent

No. 4, Station Officer/Investigating Officer, Police Station Kasna, District

Gautam Budh Nagar (Annexure Nos. 10, 12 & 14 to the instant writ

petition) so far as it relates to the petitioners.
