Heard Sri Mohd. Akbar Shah Alam Khan, learned counsel

for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and also

perused the material placed on record.

By means of the present application, the applicant-

Laxman, seeks bail in Case Crime No.469 of 2021, under

Sections 498-A, 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-

Khatauli , District-Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of

trial.

As per the allegations made in the FIR, the victim has

started living in her paternal home after a dispute with the

applicant, who is the husband of the victim. Learned

counsel for the applicant submits that present case was

lodged as an N.C.R. under Sections 323, 504 and 506 IPC

on 09.08.2021 and after medical examination, fracture of

lower shaft of humorous is seen in the hand of the victim-

Shashi. The case was converted under Section 325 IPC

and registered as Case Crime No.469 of 2021. The said

occurrence is of 07.08.2021 and N.C.R. was lodged on

09.08.2
