1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for

the respondent No. 4, Gaon Sabha, learned Standing Counsel

representing respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and perused the record.

2. In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present

case and the order proposed to be passed, this Court proceeds to

decide this matter finally at the admission stage itself, with the

consent of the learned counsel for the parties present, without

calling for their respective affidavits.

3. The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of

this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India

challenging the order dated 9.5.2022 (annexure No. 1) passed

by the Deputy Director of Consolidation (respondent No. 2) and

orders dated 21.12.2012 (annexure No. 2) and 30.8.2008

(annexure No. 3) passed by the Settlement Officer of

Consolidation.
