The appellant Smt. Nutan Gautam and the respondent Sri Prakash Gautam

as also their counsels have appeared in the matter.

The present appeal is directed against the order dated 2.8.2021 as also the

order dated 13.9.2021 passed by the Family Court, whereby the custody

of their minor child has been handed over to the respondent. The appellant

is mother of the minor child who had been looked after by her uptil the

age of 12 years. We may record that the divorce suit filed by the

respondent has been decreed o n 4.4.2018. While granting the divorce

decree, it was directed by the Family Court that the child (Master Krishav

Gautam) be admitted in the boarding school in Delhi beginning from the

Session 2018. In the first appeal filed by the wife (appellant herein), by an
