ORDER

1. In the present petition, suo moto proceedings were initiated by this

Court with reference to murder of a retired police officer.

2. On January 4, 2019, this Court passed the following order:

" On the basis of the instructions given by Investigating

Officer, Sri S.P. Singh, Inspector, it is submitted by learned

Additional Government Advocate that against the accused

Junaid, Sebu alias Asif, Yusuf, Ibney Saud, who were

arrested earlier, a police report as per provisions of Section

173 of the Criminal Procedure Code has already been filed

before the competent Court pertaining to offence under

Sections 302, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 341, 120-B IPC

and read with Section 7 of the CLA Act. Six accused

persons namely Javed Kamal, Razik Kamal, Naim alias

Naimuddin, Shana alias Rukshana, Heena, Mehndi alias

Anamta against whom investigation for the offence under

Sections 302, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 341, 120-B IPC

read with Section 7 of the CLA Act has been completed, are

absconding.

The Investigating Agency, however, is making its best

efforts to arrest the persons named above. An application
