history of the applicant/Shailendra Agrawal total 25 criminal

cases has been registered, details of which is as under:-

(i) Case Crime No. 949 of 2016, under Sections 420, 406, 467,

468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station-Hari Parwat, District

Agra.

(ii) Case Crime No.326 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406,

I.P.C., Police Station-Hari Parvat. District Agra.

(iii) Case Crime No.283 of 2017, under Sections 420, 406, 467,

468, 471, 504, 506, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station-Sikandra,

District Agra.

(iv) Case Crime No.165 of 2016, under Sections 420, 406,

I.P.C., Police Station-Sikandra District Agra.

(v) Case Crime No.330 of 2016, under Sections 420, 406, 323,

504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Sikandra District Agra.

(vi) Case Crime No.257 of 2017, under Sections 420, 46
