This writ petition has been filed praying for the following main

reliefs:

"I. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing the impugned

First Information Report dated 23.10.2021 bearing Case Crime No. 0286

of 2021 under Sections 120-B, 193, 194, 342 and 344 IPC relating to

Police Station Adampur District Amroha.

II. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the

respondent No. 2 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the First

Information Report dated 23.10.2021 bearing Case Crime No. 0286 of

2021 under Sections 120-B, 193, 194, 342 and 344 IPC relating to Police

Station Adampur District Amroha."

Perusal of the impugned first information report prima facie

reveals commission of cognizable offence. Therefore, in view
