Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Varun Kumar
Agnihotri, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned
AGA for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the
First Information Report (FIR) dated 08.10.2021 in Case Crime
no.375/2021 under Sections 307, 341, 324, 504, 506, 427 IPC,
P.S. Tanda, District Rampur. Further prayer has been made not
to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present
matter has amicably been resolved between the parties and a
compromise in this regard has been appended as annexure no.4
to the writ petition.
The said situation has given a nod by learned counsel for the complainant
and learned A.G.A.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, once the matter is
already resolved, then it is expected from the Investigating
Officer concerned to proceed as per the provisions contained
under Section 169 Cr.P.C.
The writ petition is disposed of.
