The applicant moved the present bail application through e-mode, seeking enlargement of bail

during pendency of his trial in exercise of power under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case crime

no.42 of 2020, under Section 302 IPC , Police Station-Mainather, District-Moradabad. More

than two years, the applicant is languishing in jail since 22.02.2020.

Contention raised by the counsel that initially the FIR was registered on 20.02.2020 for the

incident said to have been taken place on 19.02.2020 under Section 307 IPC at relevant police

station at Mainather, District Moradabad agai
