This writ petition has been filed interalia for the following

relief:-

"I. Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned letter dated

15.09.2021 issued by District Basic Education Officer, Prayagraj on the

basis of report dated 01.09.2021 prepared by the respondent no.4, Block

Education Officer, Kaundhiyara.

II. Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refund the

amount of Rs. 17,263/- along with interest imposing the penalty as without

any reason and show cause notice, the amount of Rs. 17,263/- has been

deducted from the salary of the petitioner only to harass and humiliate

him....."
